By downloading, installing, or using PregnancyScanAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PregnancyScanAI ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

PregnancyScanAI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to help users analyze and interpret pregnancy test results. The App provides features including:

• Pregnancy test image scanning and analysis
• Image enhancement filters (including invert mode)
• Result history tracking
• Educational information about pregnancy testing

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Provide accurate images when using the scanning feature
• Not rely solely on the App for medical decisions
• Seek professional medical advice for pregnancy confirmation
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

5. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate analysis, the App's results may be affected by:

• Image quality and lighting conditions
• Type and brand of pregnancy test used
• Timing of the test relative to expected period
• User error in capturing or uploading images
• Evaporation lines or test malfunctions

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any results provided by the App. The AI analysis is meant to assist, not replace, your own judgment and professional medical consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of PregnancyScanAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

To cancel a subscription, please use the subscription management features in your Apple ID settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREGNANCYSCANAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss arising from reliance on the App's results
• Any medical decisions made based on the App's analysis
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the App's results
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PregnancyScanAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
